Monitor patients continuously and record the critical elements in critical care chart and provide the complete care of the patient as per the plan of care provided by the intensivist and consultants and document the same regularly

Assist doctors in performing medical and emergency procedures To ensure that the equipment and accessories to be used on patient are checked before usage.To ensure the personal property are handed over to the relative once patient get admitted.

To have regular clear communication with Doctors, Wards, Pharmacy, Radiology, Front office OT,ICU to minimize the communication gap and optimize the nursing care.

To ensure all the information regarding to patient rights, treatment information and patient safety is not compromised for each and every admitted patient.

To ensure that the Privacy of patient is maintained during the entire course of treatment, procedure, investigation and during transport.





Responsible for the assigned patients overall requirement and ensure patients needs are met To follow all the clinical instruction as per the Doctor’s order on time which include:

Vital Signs monitoring.

Patient and Personal Hygiene.

Following HICC protocol, ISBAR, AIDET Scripts, HAI Care Bundle and IPSG and other checklists.

Structured entry in Nurses record.

Right medication to right patient on time

Sample collected and send for processing.

Protected transfusion.

Safe Infusion Practices To ensure that in case of all Insurance and Corporate patient all the necessary entries are completed on time accurately to reduce the billing turnaround time.

8 hours of mandatory CNE to be attended in a month.

Pay: ₹10,635.80 - ₹28,000.00 per month
