Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Review drawings, specifications, and execute work accordingly.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.




- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Civil & Construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
