- This role requires expertise in CNC systems, PLC programming, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting complex mechatronic systems to minimize downtime and maximize machine lifespan Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical and electronic issues in CNC machines, including control panels, sensors, servos, and associated components.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Developing and implementing PM plans to prevent failures and ensure the longevity of electrical systems, often involving PLC maintenance.
- Root Cause Analysis:



Identifying and addressing the underlying causes of both electrical and electronic problems to prevent recurrence and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Systems Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of electrical and electronic systems within the CNC machines.
- Maintenance Planning: Participating in the planning and execution of maintenance activities, including the procurement of spare parts.
- Documentation: Understanding and utilizing circuit diagrams, ladder diagrams, and CNC parameters for effective maintenance.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CNC machine electrical and electronic systems, including Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- PLC Programming: Proficiency in PLC programming and understanding of logic, particularly with Simatic S5 and S7 platforms.
