Summary:

We're hiring a Web & SEO Manager in India to be a part of the Company's fast-paced growth across SEO, website experimentation, and personalization for the website. You'll partner closely with the US-based web, demand generation, and content teams to turn the website into a measurable revenue driver. This role combines deep SEO craft with CRO instinct and the project management skills to consistently deliver work across time zones.

You'll need 4 hours of daily overlap with US hours, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

- Own technical and on-page SEO for the website: site architecture, indexation, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
- Run keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP intent mapping to fuel the content roadmap.
- Think outside the box to ideate and build a CRO testing pipeline: hypothesis, design, ship, measure, learn.
- Partner with growth and ABM teams on personalization (segment-level web experiences for target accounts and personas).
- Report on organic performance, test outcomes, and pipeline impact in clear weekly and monthly cadences.
- Stay ahead of AEO and GEO shifts to ensure the Company shows up in LLM-driven discovery,



not just classic search.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and development partners as needed.

Requirements:

- 6 years in B2B SEO, web growth, or CRO, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Looker Studio.
- Solid CRO background with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Convert. Understanding of statistical significance and don't call wins early.
- Experience with targeting and personalization platforms (Clay, 6sense, Demandbase, or Adobe Target).

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript frameworks affect crawlability.
- Comfortable with Asana and/or Jira and sprint-based execution.
- Excellent written English and a documentation-first communication style.
- Demonstrated experience sustaining US overlap hours from India.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to modern AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven SEO strategies.
- Past experience in cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
