Officer/ Assistant Manager- Wood Coatings

Department: Sales- Wood Coatings

Location: i. Malda

Job Profile:

- The candidate will be responsible for driving Primary and Secondary sales of Wood Coating products within the assigned territory.

- The role requires extensive field work and regular interaction with dealers, carpenters, and polish contractors.

- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, ensuring product availability, and strengthening the company's market presence.

- The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its channel partners, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, promotional activities, collections,



and market development initiatives.

Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years

- Education: Graduate

- Robust experience in selling 2-pack PU product

- Will handle both primary & secondary sales

- Responsible for mapping 20–35 dealers (existing 2-pack PU sellers)

- Drive sales of other wood coating products within these counters

- Should have on-roll experience in the current organisation

- Off-role candidates will not be considered.​
