We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and build solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Experience:

- 3–5 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
