Business Unit: Reports to:

Work with a team to identify prospects and bring in recent sales. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients / customers. Help guide the team by mentoring newer team members.

Duties and Responsibilities Forecasting sales on quarterly basis set target on Monthly basis. Customer contact on technical issues problem solving. Area management Customer Follow up and retention Payment Collection Business Generation through Exiting customer/ Architect/ Builder/ Applicator After Sales Follow- up

B. Tech (Civil) / Civil Diploma

3+ years experience in construction chemical industry preferably flooring and waterproofing.

Competencies Required

Functional Skills Good exposure to technical sales problem solving Knowledge of Tax structures,



Quotation order processing Appointing Dealers Distributors Handling project Sales/Key Account Knowledge of other Construction Chemicals products can be an added advantage Should be able to handle a team.
