- B2B Client Acquisition: Pitch customized catering services, daily office meal plans, and snack boxes to corporate offices in Noida.

- Corporate Partnerships: Secure long-term tie-ups with companies for routine office lunches, meetings, and business events.

- Lead Generation: Target HR professionals, admin managers, and corporate event planners through direct outreach and networking.

- Menu Consultation: Collaborate with the culinary team to propose tailored menus that fit the client's budget and dietary needs.

- Deal Negotiation: Contract pricing for high-volume bulk orders, guaranteeing profitable margins for the cafe.

- Account Retention:



Manage existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction, timely deliveries, and repeat orders.

- Feedback Tracking: Collect client feedback after events to improve food quality, packaging, and delivery efficiency. [1]

Qualifications for Eatro Cafe

- Industry Experience: 3+ years in corporate sales, specifically within the food & beverage, catering, or hospitality sectors.

- Local Network: Existing connections with corporate HR and admin departments in the Noida/NCR region is a major plus.

- Sales Excellence: Proven track record of closing bulk orders and hitting revenue targets.

- Communication: Excellent presentation skills to pitch food tasting sessions and cafe offerings professionally.
