Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Healthcare Sales Executive to drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls, client meetings, hospital visits, college visits, and office visits. The candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential and existing clients.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, field visits, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and business discussions.
- Visit hospitals, colleges, offices, and other healthcare-related institutions for business development.
- Explain healthcare products/services and provide suitable solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, colleges, companies, and other institutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.




- Maintain regular records of calls, meetings, visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle client queries and ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
- Valuable relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is preferred.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline.

Healthcare / Life Science / Business-related qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,651.83 - ₹42,464.24 per month
