Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring requirements across departments.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and database management.

- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.

- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.

- Build robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.

- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA/PGDM.

- 7-10 years of experience in in-house recruitment or corporate talent acquisition.

- Experience in hiring for IT, Non-IT, Corporate
