About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and niche skill hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring across engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation roles while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong focus on Technology Recruitment .
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security, Product, Architecture, AI/ML, and Digital Technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes,



talent mapping, and market intelligence.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, Technology, or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics, dashboard reporting, and workforce planning.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar talent platforms.
