Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across one or multiple project sites.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to achieve project milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site and handle escalations professionally.
- Make timely decisions to resolve technical and operational challenges, preventing project delays.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources efficiently across project sites.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards,



and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure timely closure of project punch points and successful project handover.
