Job Title: Production Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable daily production plans. You will lead the shop floor, ensuring that our electromechanical products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, all while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and operational targets.
- Shop Floor Management: Lead, motivate, and manage shift supervisors and assembly line workers to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and implement Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to improve workflow and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage manpower, machinery, and raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production cycles and reduced wastage.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:



Collaborate closely with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict industrial safety protocols and ensure a secure, hazard-free working workplace for all plant personnel.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports outlining output, machine utilization, and efficiency metrics to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in production management, specifically within the electro-mechanical, heavy machinery, or components manufacturing sector.
- Strong background in Production Planning, Manpower Handling, and Shop Floor Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
