Experience: Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in the respective job field only .

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in WTP, ETP, STP, RO, UF, MBR, DM Plant and ZLD projects will be preferred.

Key Technical Expectations

Mechanical: Pumps, blowers, piping, valves, pressure vessels, equipment sizing, erection and commissioning.

Electrical: MCC/PCC, VFD, transformers, SLDs, cable schedules, load calculations, testing and commissioning.

Instrumentation: PLC/SCADA, field instruments, online analyzers, I/O lists, control philosophy, interlocks and commissioning.

Purchase / Procurement: Vendor development, RFQs,



techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, PO finalization, expediting and equipment procurement.

Chemical / Process: Strong knowledge of water and wastewater process design, membrane systems and DM plant operation, including:

- UF / NF / RO / MBR systems
- Membrane selection, flux, recovery, fouling, scaling and CIP
- DM Plant operation and ion-exchange systems
- SAC / WAC / SBA / WBA / Mixed Bed
- Regeneration chemistry, conductivity and silica monitoring
- Process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs;, chemical dosing and ZLD systems
