Senior Marketing & Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, project presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and periodic performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and branding activities.
- Coordinate with CRM, project, and management teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, social media, and online advertising.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain MIS reports and present sales performance to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales coordination when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
