Broad outline of the Role

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution / Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in network orchestration platform . This role is responsible for driving technical solutioning, customer engagement, and pre-sales support, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

The ideal candidate will combine deep infrastructure domain knowledge , AI/ML Automation expertise , and strong client-facing skills to support sales, define solutions, and drive successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solutioning

- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and present end-to-end AI/ML Platform enable Managed Services solutions for AIOP based service fulfillment
- Support sales teams in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution proposals, and estimations
- Create solution architecture, high-level designs (HLD) and integration approaches
- Conduct product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations to customers

Technical Expertise

- Act as an SME for Automation platform or similar, including:

- Service orchestration

- Workflow design
- Network provisioning & activation




- Define integration strategies with EMS/NMS, and network elements
- Design service models and lifecycle workflows
- Provide inputs on scalability, performance, and deployment architecture
- Support definition of microservices-based and cloud-native solutions

Customer Engagement

- Interface directly with client stakeholders (technical & business)
- Translate customer challenges into solution blueprints
- Address technical queries and provide expert guidance during sales cycles
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with product engineering, delivery, and architecture teams
- Provide feedback for product enhancements and roadmap alignment
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post deal closure

Required Skills & Expertise Domain Expertise

- Strong telecom background in:

- Obserability and Configurability systems
- Network provisioning & fulfillment
- Service orchestration platforms (ThreadSpan or similar preferred)

- Positive understanding of

- WAN/LAN/Cloud/End User/DC

- Security

- Service lifecycle management

Experience & Qualifications

- 10–15 years of telecom / networking experience
- Significant experience in pre-sales / solution engineering roles
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Telecom / Computer Science)
- Experience working with global Enterprise clients preferred
