• Accounts team ✔️ Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements ✔️ Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets &

• Bank Reconciliation ✔️ Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc. ✔️ Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors and regulatory authorities ✔️ Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & cash flow projections ✔️ Monitor working capital, fund utilization & profitability analysis ✔️ Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making ✔️ Implement internal financial controls and accounting policies ✔️ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and other statutory regulations ✔️ Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans and banking documentation ✔️ Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives ✔️ Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies ✔️ Mentor and develop the Finance team Qualifications ✅ Chartered Accountant (CA)



– Mandatory ✅ 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance &

• Accounts ✅ Experience in Manufacturing or Garment Export Industry preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act &

• Financial Reporting ✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and Advanced MS Excel Key Skills Financial Planning &

• Analysis (FP&A;) Budgeting &

• Forecasting Finalization of Accounts Taxation &

• Statutory Compliance Audit Management Cost Accounting &
