Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT Service Engineer positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels to attract talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers & customers to understand manpower requirements and JD.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Some part of HR Operations as well as Compliance/Payroll as per experience can also be given.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred
- Education - Computers knowledge - BCA, BE or the likes
- Understanding of Desktop Support,



Server Support, Network Support, and IT Infrastructure roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
