Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various functions across the organization.

· Source candidates through job portals, campus hiring, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Campus Hiring

· Coordinate with colleges, universities, and training institutes for campus recruitment activities.

· Assist in planning and executing campus drives,



and employer branding initiatives.

· Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and academic institutions.

· Handle candidate communication, assessments, and offer rollouts for campus hires.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

· Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.

· Conduct employee induction programs and maintain onboarding records.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

· 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR operations.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
