Role Description The Sr Graphic Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The person in this role will develop and execute visual concepts for real estate marketing campaigns, including graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating logos and brand assets, designing layouts, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

and client-facing teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with each client’s brand. The role also involves reviewing and improving existing designs, maintaining design standards, and contributing creative ideas to enhance overall campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging digital marketing materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and refine distinctive visual identities for real estate clients.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print formats.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Proven experience as a senior or lead designer, preferably in digital marketing, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, brand work, social media graphics, and campaign design.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
