Responsibilities

Deliverables:

- Design Deliverables: Create Designs for print, branding, and packaging with project objectives and timelines. While overlooking the design quality for designs created for Social media

- Maintain Design Quality: Ensure consistency across one-time and retainer projects, adhering to established design guidelines and standards.

- Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings and presentations, applying feedback to enhance visual assets.

- Resource Optimization: Manage and allocate resources effectively for timely and quality deliverable completion.

- Process Improvement: Refine design processes for efficiency and uphold high-quality output.

Required Skills And Experience

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)





- Strong foundation in design principles—layout, typography, color theory, composition

- Creative thinker with a knack for crafting creative design solutions

- Excellent visual communication skills for storytelling through design

- Proven collaborator with organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines

- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to design quality

- Agile and mindful of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in visual content or advertising/marketing design

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Design, or relevant field, or equivalent certification

- Portfolio showcasing design proficiency and real-world impact

- Preferred: Certifications or courses in design tools, UX/UI, or related disciplines
