NJob Summary

nWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Analyst to support operational and commercial decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence.

NResponsibilities

- Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and productivity metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
N
- Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, factory performance, and order execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
N
- Conduct cost, profitability, and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
N
- Manage and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and aging reports to support effective inventory control.
N
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
N
- Analyze sales performance, margins, customer profitability, and pricing trends to support commercial objectives.
N
- Support forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and data automation initiatives across functions.
N
- Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance,



and other stakeholders to drive business performance.

nRequired Skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
N
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
N
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
N
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
N
- Understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
N
- Experience working withERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
N
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.

nQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.

- 4–7 years of experiencein Operations Analysis, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a similar role.
N
- Prior experience withinthe Apparel, Textile, Manufacturing, or Export industry is preferred.
N
- Experience in ERP systems and data-driven reporting environments will be an added advantage.
