We're hiring: Senior Legal Executive

Anunta Technology Management Services Limited is looking for a Senior Legal Executive to support its legal contracting, compliance, and corporate legal operations. This role is suited for legal professionals with experience in contract management and technology-related legal work.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and redline Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review and negotiate contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), with customers and vendors.
- Present contract information and summaries to internal stakeholders.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.




- Coordinate with external legal counsel on quasi-litigation matters.
- Assist in maintaining the organization's intellectual property portfolio.
- Maintain MIS related to litigation matters, legal notices, and claims.
- Manage contract documentation and legal correspondence.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- LLB degree.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in IT/ITES, Manufacturing, or Telecom organizations, or a law firm with a specialization in technology law.
- Prior experience in legal contracting is preferred.
