NHotel Management

nRole Responsibilities:

NCoordinate hotel bookings, room allocations, and hospitality arrangements for delegates, mentors, speakers, jury members, and invited guests.

NManage airport transfers,local transportation, and guest movement schedules.





NPrepare and maintain accommodation, travel, and logistics plans for domestic and international guests.

NLiaise with hotels, transport agencies, and hospitality vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

NCoordinate with programme, registration, guest relations, and event management teams for smooth execution.

NProvide on-ground hospitality and logistics support during Waves Film Bazaar, resolving guest issues and operational requirements in real time.

NMonitor hospitality and transportation and maintain relevant records and reports.

NPrepare post-event reconciliation, vendor documentation, and logistics reports with recommendations for future editions.

NEducational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

NExperience: 8 Years

NRemuneration:- Consolidated pay of Rs. 65,000/- per month all inclusive.
