- Identify premium societies, clubs, hotels, exhibitions and other suitable event opportunities.

- Evaluate venues based on customer profile, expected footfall and business potential.

- Coordinate with society committees, venue authorities and event organizers for permissions and event slots.

- Present the TDF brand profile and negotiate venue charges and commercial terms.

- Plan and execute society events and jewellery exhibitions from setup to closure.

- Coordinate jewellery stock, displays, branding, print materials, logistics, manpower, security and event insurance.

- Conduct customer engagement activities to increase footfall and generate enquiries.

- Capture customer details and qualified leads during events.

- Coordinate with store teams for customer follow-ups, store visits and sales conversion.

- Maintain the upcoming event pipeline and weekly event-sales tracker.

- Prepare brief post-event reports covering footfall, leads, store visits, sales and event cost.
