Sr. Executive ERP Executive

Location: Dadri / Bahadurgarh | Experience: 3 to 4 Years | Qualification: BCA / Diploma

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day ERP application support to plant and business users.

Resolve ERP issues related to Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Quality and Maintenance.

Coordinate with ERP vendors/support teams for issue resolution.

Manage user access, roles and basic master data activities.

Support ERP testing, UAT, enhancements and current implementations.

Prepare reports, documentation and SOPs.

Train users and ensure smooth ERP operations.

Identify recurring issues and coordinate for permanent resolution.

Preferred

ERP experience in a manufacturing environment with good understanding of business processes. Knowledge of SQL/reporting tools will be an advantage.
