Apply(This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds) Position: Sr. Executive - Accounts Location: Silvassa Experience: 3 - 4 Years Industries: Engineering Responsibilities Handle day-to-day plant accounting and financial entries.

Ensure that all the plant accounting is done correctly. Should have good knowledge of revenue and capital items accounting, Goods and Service Tax (GST), TDS and Provident Fund (PF)

Ensure that all the plant accounting entries are accounted on timely basis, to enable the correct submission of the monthly financial statements to the management of the Company.

Monitor inventory accounting including RM, WIP, and finished goods.

Prepare monthly MIS, cost reports, and variance analysis.

Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control activities.

Conduct stock reconciliation and assist in physical inventory verification.





Verification of inventory valuation on monthly basis.

Preparation and maintenance of the Fixed Assets register, with proper tagging of the fixed assets.

Ensure that all the Statutory Compliances are timely met on monthly basis. (PF, GST, TDS etc.)

Maintain proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills Knowledge of plant accounting and costing concepts.

Good understanding of inventory management and reconciliation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace.

Required Qualification

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA - Finance/CA - Inter Salary:
