We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models, ensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural and structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data.
- Coordinate MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM setting.
- Prepare detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings.
- Conduct clash detection and prepare reports.
- Support the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
- Scan to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred.
