1. SAP Data Preparation & Monitoring

- Prepare and update project-related data in SAP on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and
- completeness of records.

- Identify discrepancies or delays in SAP entries and flag them to the concerned stakeholders for
- timely correction.

- Ensure data integrity between SAP records and actual project progress/site status.

- Generate inputs for SAP-based reports as required by the planning team.

2. Data Preparation & Circulation for Project Planning

- Collect, compile, and validate data from various departments (procurement, execution, stores,

- quality, finance, etc.) required for project planning.

- Circulate the prepared data/reports to relevant stakeholders and management within defined
- timelines.

- Maintain a proper filing/version-control system for all planning data and reports.

3. Weekly MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Data Management

- Attend or gather inputs from the weekly project review/planning meetings.

- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) capturing key discussion points, decisions, action items.





- Extract action points from the MOM and prepare corresponding data/trackers for follow-up.

- Circulate the MOM and associated data to all relevant departments and stakeholders.

- Track closure status of action items from previous MOMs and highlight open/pending items in
- subsequent meetings.

Monitoring

- Sales Order Correction as per Minutes of Meeting

- Work as MRP Controller

- Data Correction required for PR and PO

- Follow up with internal stake holder for Master Data Correction

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP (relevant modules such as PS, MM, or PP as applicable to the organization).
- Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards) and MS PowerPoint.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills for preparing MOMs and circulating reports.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills to work with multiple departments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Time management skills to handle recurring (daily/weekly) reporting deadlines.
