- Daily monitoring of each die elements status and ensure the movement for next process

- Workload delegation to respective area manpower process wise

- Die parts manufacturing strategy to be defined based on 2D & 3D data study

- Ensure BOP parts availability as per BOM one week before from die dispatch

- Stagewise inspection reports to be review before next process (B/W, scanning, electrode MB, BOP etc.

- Die readiness as per MFG plan

- Manpower and resource management
- production entry and BOM punching, die activeness in ERP

- Die correction action plan

- No rejection due to assay

- Die should run smoothly in production

- Analysis rejection percentage, trending improvement points

Qualification

- Knowledge of die manufacturing process wise

- 5 - 7Yrs of experience in Tool Manufacturing/Die manufacturing

- Knowledge of GD&T;

- Knowledge of inspection and measurement method

- Knowledge of safety and quality

- Knowledge of 3D scanning review

- HPDC machine and process
