The primary purpose of the role is to coordinate with local contractors to ensure a timely completion of remaining developments of the hotel (developments include Spas, additional restaurants and banquet areas). Other roles and duties include:

- Oversees project financial schedules, coordination, safety of the project from conception through close out.

- Works closely with the local contractors to create, update, and distribute the project schedule.

- Oversees document control maintaining project logs, submittals, shop drawings and current plan set. Regularly communicates status reports.

- Works with Pre-Construction, value engineering, constructability, and logistics as needed.

- Coordinates and overseas all construction services and activities with subcontractors and vendors.

- Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job site.

- Manages the closeout phase of projects to oversee punch list management, creation of operations maintenance packages.
