Position: Sr. Engineer Installation

Job Purpose:

To manage and execute elevator installation projects independently by controlling resources, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams, and achieving timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete installation activities of elevator and escalator projects.
- Plan and control manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.
- Ensure installation quality through regular inspections and quality checks.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, supervisors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.




- Handle technical issues, testing & commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and material requirements.
- Support final handover of projects with proper documentation and zero/minimum snags.
- Lead and guide supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor teams.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator installation.
- Valuable team handling, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
