Responsible for coordinating between myG and external creative agencies to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and brand communication initiatives. The role involves managing briefs, timelines, creative reviews, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day coordination with creative and advertising agencies.

- Develop and communicate creative briefs, campaign requirements, and timelines.

- Coordinate ATL, BTL, digital, retail, social media, print, and promotional creatives.

- Review creatives for brand consistency, accuracy, quality, and compliance.

- Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, and final delivery of creative assets.

- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Digital, Media, Retail, Sales, and Visual Merchandising.

- Monitor agency performance, deliverables, and adherence to deadlines.

- Support major campaigns, seasonal promotions, store launches, events,



and branding activities.

- Guide and monitor the work of the Executive – Creative Agency Coordination.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- MBA in Marketing preferred.

- 3–7 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Creative Project Management, or Agency Coordination.

- Experience working with creative/advertising agencies is preferred.

- Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Corporate Marketing experience is an added advantage.
