About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time remote basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys tackling complex data challenges and taking ownership from design through to delivery.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure Fabric, leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality data solutions that support our responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Proven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade data pipelines and data integration solutions.




- Proficiency in Python, Spark, or similar technologies preferred.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Fabric to support business and analytics needs.
- Build reliable ETL/ELT processes capable of handling structured and unstructured data sources.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work closely with architects, analysts, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and achieving desired outcomes.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance engineering productivity and solve complex data problems.




- Proactively communicate project status, raise risks early, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Adapt to evolving requirements while maintaining a focus on timely delivery.
- Engage with global teams and participate in critical discussions, including those overlapping with U.S. East Coast working hours (up to 1:00 PM ET).
