- Renewal & Quotation Support
- Policy Administration & Processing
- Accounts & Compliance
- Communication & Workflow Management
- Professional Development: Take ownership of continual professional development, maintaining and enhancing knowledge of products and the wider insurance industry
- Previous experience in UK commercial insurance broking, policy administration, or underwriting support preferred
- Systems: Proficiency with Acturis (or similar broking platforms) and Microsoft Office Preferred
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities,



and effective written and verbal communication
- Understanding of UK insurance products, FCA regulatory requirements, and broking procedures preferred
