About the Role

ARCH4 FOUNDATION is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to lead architectural projects from concept development to project completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, technical, and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage projects, coordinate with clients and consultants, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and planning of residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design projects.
- Develop architectural concepts and prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Review and approve architectural drawings prepared by Junior Architects and Draftsmen.
- Coordinate with structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consultants to ensure accurate and coordinated project execution.
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and provide technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide, mentor,



and support Junior Architects and Draftsmen to enhance team performance.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills

- Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumionor any rendering software for architectural visualization.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction techniques, building materials, and technical documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design projects.
- Experience in consultant coordination, site execution, quality control, and project management.
- Ability to lead project teams and build strong client relationships.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy or design firm.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.
- Strong design, technical documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
