Key Responsibilities

Accounting &

- Finance

- Maintain complete books of accounts and accounting records.

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.

- Ensure proper accounting documentation and filing.

Payroll &

- Statutory Compliance

- Verify monthly payroll and salary working.

- Prepare and file statutory compliances including:

- Provident Fund (PF)

- Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)

- Professional Tax (PT)

- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

- Goods and Services Tax (GST)

- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), where applicable

- Generate challans and ensure timely payment of all statutory dues.

- Handle PF/ESIC registrations, employee additions, exits, and UAN-related activities.

- Coordinate with consultants and government departments regarding statutory matters.

Taxation

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, etc.).

- Prepare and file TDS returns.





- Reconcile GST input and output tax.

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax and GST regulations.

- Assist during statutory, tax, and internal audits.

MIS &

- Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.

- Analyze financial statements and recommend cost-control measures.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.

- Maintain budget and expense reports.

Documentation &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial documents.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.

Coordination

- Coordinate with HR for payroll processing and statutory deductions.

- Work closely with management on financial planning and budgeting.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
