Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts: Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts

GST filing: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation, follow-ups for receivables/payables

Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense claims

Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and MIS reports

Handle audits and coordinate with CA

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records

Required Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 7-15 years in accounts, preferably in manufacturing/fabrication

Skills:Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF,ESIC and Indian tax laws

Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software

Good understanding of costing for mechanical/fabrication work is a plus

Positive communication in English + Hindi

Preferred

Prior experience in SME / fabrication / engineering company

Knowledge of inventory management and project costing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
