Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

- Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.





- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

- Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and statutory payments.

- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

- 5–8+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP software.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
