We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-driven Academic Consultants to join our growing team.

Your Role

As an Academic Consultant, you will connect with students and parents, understand their needs, explain Career17.ai, and convert interested students into enrollments.

Your responsibilities include:

- Reach out to students and parents through phone calls and other communication channels
- Understand students' academic and career interests
- Explain Career17.ai and its benefits
- Counsel students and parents and answer their questions
- Follow up with interested students
- Build trust and create a positive student experience
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam




- Confident and persuasive communication
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills
- Ability to understand student and parent needs
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with phone-based sales
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, EdTech, counselling or admissions is an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
