Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapy professionals. The role involves assessing individuals with communication, speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, and designing evidence-based therapy plans tailored to their needs.
Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with psychiatrists,
psychologists, and other team members, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The professional will also provide family and caregiver education, contribute to rehabilitation and recovery plans, and support preventive and early intervention initiatives. Active involvement in quality improvement, adherence to ethical and professional standards, and participation in training or awareness programs are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and clinical management of Speech disorders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
- Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration or licensure as applicable, with experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, with robust interpersonal, documentation, and counseling skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical care, and ongoing professional development.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.
