nRole and Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose,and provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, feeding, swallowing, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders across pediatric and geriatric populations.
N
- Develop individualized,functional, and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
N
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and comprehensive assessment reports, diagnostic summaries, therapy plans, progress reports, and discharge reports.
N
- Provide Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment, implementation, and training for individuals with complex communication needs.
N
- Educate, train, and collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate carryover of therapy goals.
N




- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate effectively with team members.
N
- Assist in developing therapy materials, clinical resources, and evidence-based intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders.
N
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
N
- Stay updated with current evidence-based practices through continuing career development.
N

nRequired Qualifications:

N

n
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP) or Master's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
N
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration.
N

nExperience:

N

n
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
N

nLanguage:

N

n
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is required
N

nProfessional Certifications:

N

n
- Certified Oral Placement Therapy (TalkTools)
N
- Avaz Certified AAC Professional (ACAP)
N
- Professional training in Gestalt Language Processing/Natural Language Acquisition (GLP/NLA)
N

nAdditional Requirement:

- A minimum commitment of one year is required from the date of joining.
