Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain technical specifications for construction chemical products, including adhesives, epoxy resins, flooring systems, and waterproofing solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or site visits to resolve issues related to product performance and application.

- Prepare reports on sales data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in the building material industry with a focus on technical sales or project sales.

- Solid understanding of construction chemicals such as admixtures, additives, and coatings (e.g., epoxy).

- Knowledge of relevant international standards (IS) codes for building materials.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, contractors, etc.
