Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will develop individualized education plans (IEPs), adapt curriculum, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess students’ academic and developmental needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction
- Modify lesson plans and teaching strategies
- Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support students with behavioral and emotional challenges
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Certification in Special Education (e.g., RCI certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities (LD, ASD, ADHD, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
