About Us

Equal Learning Therapy & Early Intervention Centre is dedicated to supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Speech Delay, Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Delays through evidence-based intervention and family-centred care. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic and child-friendly Special Educator / Behaviour Therapist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for children with special needs. Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Work on behaviour modification, school readiness and functional skills.

Support children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Developmental Delays. Maintain daily therapy notes and progress reports. Conduct parent counselling and home program demonstrations. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists and psychologists when required.

Create engaging learning activities and therapy materials. Maintain a safe,



positive and child-friendly environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Diploma in Special Education.

Valid RCI Registration is preferred.

Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Experience in Autism, ADHD, Behaviour Therapy or Early Intervention is an added advantage.
