Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide high-quality Spanish language support to clients through phone, email, or chat.

- Translate customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- B2 level proficiency in Spanish language (CEFR).

- 2-5 years of experience in international voice process or similar industry.

- Strong understanding of English language grammar and vocabulary for effective translation.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
