Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full time, on-site role based at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Kujang. The role involves providing a range of qualified spa treatments such as massages, facials, pedicures, and other body therapies in accordance with established protocols and hygiene standards.

The Spa

Therapist will welcome guests, conduct consultations to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services, and ensure a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels,



handling basic appointment scheduling, and promoting spa services and products.

The Spa

Therapist will work closely with the spa and hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service and support overall spa operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Spa Treatments and Facials, with the ability to perform professional, high-quality services.
- Knowledge of Cosmetology practices relevant to spa environments, including skin and body care techniques.
- Experience providing Pedicures and related nail care services while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a guest-focused approach, empathetic communication, and a professional demeanor.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or wellness from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail, with the ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
