We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic South Indian breakfast and traditional dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, and traditional South Indian dishes.
- Prepare fresh accompaniments daily, including chutneys, sambar, and rasam.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or Chef.
- Strong expertise in batter preparation and South Indian cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle high-volume breakfast and meal hours efficiently.
