Qualifications

- Strong background in real estate sourcing, site identification, and transaction management, with experience in residential and/or commercial projects.

- Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and feasibility assessment to evaluate project viability and ROI.

- Demonstrated negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with developers, landowners, and channel partners.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, finance) and align sourcing decisions with business strategy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and presentations.

- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities,



with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced workplace.

- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market dynamics in Pune and surrounding regions, and relevant legal and compliance considerations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or specialized real estate certification is an advantage.

- Prior experience in a sourcing, acquisitions, or business development role within the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
