Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to build and strengthen our network of Channel Partners, IPCs, brokers, and real estate consultants across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnerships, maintaining strong relationships, and driving quality business opportunities for Dubai real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard Channel Partners, IPCs, and broker networks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate consultants.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through partner networks.
- Conduct partner meetings,



presentations, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion.
- Track partner performance and develop engagement strategies.
- Represent Refine at networking events and industry forums.

We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Partnerships.
- Existing network of brokers, IPCs, or channel partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business development.
